Moving out of your home state is a huge deal. You’re going to learn things both about this world and about yourself that can only be uncovered through a drastic change of location, and it is an experience that will inevitably change the outcome of your future.
And this is so good for you. So incredibly important in terms of growth as a human being. You only have one life to live, and to fill it with a massive change of location will directly influence your outlook on the world and provide a deeper insight as to who you are and where you belong.
I have recently taken it upon myself to initiate quite a polar opposite life change regarding exactly this, choosing to move from the sunshiney and hot state of Florida to the furthest tip on the East coast, Maine. Where I was once used to sunburn and sweat, I am now navigating what it means to deal with the idiosyncrasies and challenges of winter.
