Hello and welcome to the Farm Brand Medium Blog- A place where content is inspired by the pursuit of instilling a greater good and where our voices can be used to speak on the things that matter. Enjoy this article and remember to smile today :)
I always say that life is all about dedication.
Dedicate yourself to something long enough, and regardless of what challenges are thrown your way, with time you will soon accomplish all that you had laid out in front of yourself.
And the cool part about dedication is that it doesn’t necessarily mean you need countless hours a day to do something. In fact, consistency will always maintain more value in terms of learning something new than time itself.
So with that being said, and with a new year in front of us and the need to still stay home when possible, Farm Brand thought it would be an excellent idea to share with you a few hobbies that you can learn in just an hour of your time a day or less!
All of these hobbies are amazing for the health of your mind, your body, or both, so stick around to see if any of them spark an interest in you and how you can go about learning them!
Learn a New Instrument
You probably guessed we would mention this, and there are a few reasons for doing so.
Learning to play an instrument or a new instrument can seem intimidating, and this intimidation oftentimes pushes people away from fully committing. But I am here to tell you, as I am self-taught on guitar, that learning an instrument really isn’t as hard as you think!
Okay, maybe it’s hard, but that doesn’t mean an hour a day won’t be all you need to really make strides in learning, and soon enough you will realize that all it took was consistency at reiterating muscle memory, and bam! You’re jamming!
